Triple H-NC, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving individuals transitioning from incarceration back into society. We help connect people to trusted resources and support in Dare and Currituck Counties and the surrounding Outer Banks region, while building strong partnerships that create a healthier reentry pathway.
